Godfrey Paul Matumu

Godfrey Paul Matumu is a Managing Director (MD) of LAPIN CO LTD, a general construction, transportation and supplying company. Overseeing strategic plans and company policies, driving towards company’s success. A Co-founder and Chief of Operations (COO) of the People’s Care Initiative-Tanzania, leading senior executive roles overseeing organizational daily business operations include compiling program reports, implementing business strategies and optimizing the organization’s operational capabilities. Bringing in over 10 years of public health experience in Maternal Newborn, child, and adolescent Health (MNCAH), Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) programming and School Feeding.

Mr. Charles Nyanda Shagi

Mr. Charles Nyanda Shagi is a qualified Community Development/Public Health Professional with over 30 years of experience in this field. (Graduate from Community Development Training Institute; Tengeru/Tanzania and International program of the University of London; UK). He has in-depth experience in planning, designing supervising and implementation of participatory community-based and livelihood support projects in different sectors such as Health, Education, Livelihood and Extractive energy. One of the notable recognitions of outstanding performances is the “Omololu Falobi Award for Excellence in HIV Prevention Research Community Advocacy” which was provided in 2010. The award was offered to recognize efforts to facilitate participation of vulnerable groups in HIV prevention research (Outstanding efforts to “Democratize” the process of science for equity and sustainable results. Mr. Charles Bundu Mashauri

Well organized and resourceful with more 17 years’ experience in community-based projects and a solid academic background in project planning and management; economics of development and clinical medicine described as “take charge” person with good communication and facilitation skills; possesses networking, advocacy and lobbying skills; proven experience and skills in training and transfer of knowledge; ability to work independently or as part of a team; ability to handle multiple complex projects while producing high quality work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment; strong desire to work for and with community to inspire and make positive change; possesses knowledge and skills on comprehensive supportive supervision and mentoring of community-based rehabilitation; good grasping and understanding of national and international donor community and their policies.

Eugenia Joseph Kafanabo PhD

Professional activities including research, consultancy and publications. Develop myself on issues regarding science education curriculum and ICT integration in the Tanzanian education system - application and use of computers in schools and in higher institutions. Encourage application of learner-centered instruction, performance assessment in curriculum design materials, assessment and evaluation. Promote professional development in environmental education, sustainability and climate change, emphasis in professional development at all levels of the education system.

Dr. Anasia Gasper Maleko

Dr. Anasia Gasper Maleko has worked for Tanzanian Government for 15 years in the Agriculture Sector and about 5 years in Education sector. She has a broad knowledge and experience of Agriculture and Food Marketing in Tanzania, Africa region and International Markets. Specialised in areas of Agricultural commodity values chains development research, policy analysis, projects management and valuation with strong network in Tanzania and Internationally in Agriculture, Food Marketing, Trade, women and youth with passion to transform smallholder farmers (peasants) in Tanzania to become commercial farmers.

Abel Charles

Abel Charles’s teaching and research interests are in the areas of strategic management, management and practice, research methodology, marketing, entrepreneurship, and customer service. He has been a turnaround leader, researcher, consultant, educator, and institution builder. He is a confident, highly organized, accomplished and experienced administrative professional.
He has worked in the education sector for over 20 years, both in secondary and higher education. He has developed tremendous capacity-building skills in areas such as administration, marketing, and customer service, as well as career counselling, time management, stress management, and quality assurance. Working with youth, educating youth, empowering youth and women, and serving disadvantaged groups are all things that he is passionate about

Gloria Mafole (Advocate)

Ms. Gloria Mafole is a policy analyst, a human rights expert and researcher with 16 years experience working with community development and human rights organizations and faith-based organizations in Tanzania. Her areas of technical expertise include capacity building at local and national level on issues of human rights, leadership and organizational development, extractives, accountability and rule of law, designing research with aim of finding evidence for advocacy work, legal and policy analysis, preparation, organizing and conducting interfaith dialogues for peaceful coexistence as well as movement building. She has managed a number of human rights programs, advocacy, policy analysis, researches and training on diverse issues including; human rights, extractives, gender justice, gender parity and inclusive development. Other areas of constructive engagements have been on Children rights, elimination of harmful traditions like FGM and child marriage; access to justice, and participation in macro-policy processes on contemporary issues such as democracy, good governance and development
